Refund Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Qvently is sold in the form of event credits — one-time purchases that unlock the ability to run an event (Single Pass or 5-Event Pass). This policy explains when a refund is available. All payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase.
1. Unused event credits
If you purchase event credits and haven't used them to create an event, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@qvently.com.
2. Credits already used
Once a credit has been used to create an event — which unlocks that plan's worker slots, plus unlimited QR scans and leads for that event — it is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund, even if the event is later cancelled or the credit is unused for the remainder of the event window.
3. Technical issues
If a payment succeeded but credits were not correctly added to your account due to a technical fault on our end, contact us with your transaction ID and we will investigate and correct the balance or issue a refund, whichever is appropriate.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@qvently.com with your account email and the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle, and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we're usually able to resolve billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback dispute.
This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Review it against Paddle's own refund and chargeback requirements for Merchant-of-Record sellers, and adjust the refund window/eligibility rules to match your actual business policy before publishing.
